Yummy. It's strange, I do not watch hockey, or football, or any other team sport, but I still find this so hot. I think it's Fraser and Ray being sweaty and competent and excited and working together that does it.

I just found this story and wanted to share how much I enjoyed it. I loved the use of the hockey game to say everything they wouldn't. Very fun, very hot. Thank you.

Oh HELL yeah!

Fraser hiding how good he is, just playing along. And then, he gets into the groove with Ray and starts really going for it. I love the way the two of them are partners on the ice.

Then Ray FLIPS OUT, Fraser's not having fun anymore, and when he gets hurt Ray tries to kill the guy that hit him.

Followed, of course, by hot shower sex. HOT. Shower sex.

Hurray!

HOCKEY! This was awesome. Fraser and Ray were exactly in character and the little details gave the story real depth.

Very cool. I love the repetition of Ray loving/hating hockey. It's such a him thing. :)

This was unbelievably hot. Even before the (really very hot) sex it was hot, because Fraser and Ray, being all intent and skilled and hockey-like is just...ggghhhh. I liked this a lot.

I LOVED this. WOW. The hockey and Fraser being AWESOME and not hiding it and the kissing? I loved every second.

Thanks!

Good god. I don't even personally enjoy sports, but I have a heavy duty kink for sports in slash stories. And this is the best new DS story I've seen in awhile....great tension and action on the ice, fantastic characterization, and a smoking, smoking hot shower scene. I feel a little lightheaded! Fantastic stuff, and what a great holiday gift to all of us.

What a smart look into Kowalski's head. And yeah, when Fraser wants to win, he's not polite at all.

Wonderful fic. You have a great Ray voice. And hockey!

Hockey! Yay! Great story! I love seeing Fraser and Ray click together at hockey just as they do on the job. Great partnership. Great characterizations. Fraser grabbing Ray on the ice--so excellent. Loved the moment when Fraser decided to quit dicking around and show the Americans how to play hockey. Hee! And Ray was there for him, Ray had his back. And then Ray didn't because love was BIG. Oh, the next part was poignant. Loved Ray going off on the guy who hurt Fraser. Ray: loving hockey, hating hockey, *loving* hockey--great bits. The shower scene was hot and sweet and angsty...would love to read about how they dealt with it afterward, but it doesn't have to be part of this story, which is perfect as is. Terrific ending. Just all-around superb.

Oh bloody hell...

*stares incoherently at screen*

The first part of it was perfect in every possible way. The voice was definitely Ray's. The game itself, absolutely stunning. The perfect play between Ray and Fraser until Ray has his epiphany and screws up *g*

The end? Blew my mind. I might be back with suitable feedback for that part at some point, but don't count on it. I need to find the pieces of my brain first.

I really, really like this - your Ray voice is spot-on, all quick reverses and contradictions and heart-first emotion, and I love it to bits.

Who could resist talented, super-competent, "sweaty and excited and really gorgeous, actually" Fraser?

I like "Ray loved hockey" - "Ray hated hockey". The short sentences scattered here and there really suit RayK.

Laughed at this: It was Fraser's fault that hockey sucked, because if Fraser hadn't been so damned happy and talented and gorgeous and smart, then Ray wouldn't be having this problem.

Holy. Freaking. Cow. I am incoherent with the love. This far surpasses any expectations I had when I came up with the prompt. It is 100% perfect.

Kowalski + Fraser + Hockey = My OT3.

I am dancing with glee. I love that Ray and Fraser are as good on the ice as they are solving cases. I love that Fraser holds back so he doesn't make the other guys feel outclassed even though they completely are (that's such a Fraser thing to do!). I love your Ray voice. I love how Ray screws up and then tries to beat the crap out of the guy who hit his partner. I love that Fraser understands why Ray does it, and that the only way for him to respond is to kiss Ray in the (very public!) shower, and that he can't even be bothered to take off his jeans. I love the entire steamy (!) shower scene. I even love Dewey as the bumbling goalie.

Thank you so very, very much. You have made me so incredibly happy. I will read this over and over and over, and rec it like a crazy reccing thing.

And just in case I wasn't clear before, THANK YOU!!!!

Oh WOW. I love this almost as much as Ray loves hockey. God, boyfriends on ice, and then Ray being all stupid and Fraser is confused and then Ray fighting... *sigh*

Fraser *not taking his jeans off* before getting in the shower kind of pwned all. I very much approve.
